“The inception of the way I design my programs stems from a profound realization I've had in my own journey towards self-discovery. I've come to understand that once we commit to giving our bodies and minds the care they deserve, the possibilities for achieving our dreams expand exponentially. This program was specifically designed for women, providing a transformative space for them to reconnect with themselves through movement. It's truly remarkable to witness individuals embarking on their unique transformational paths over the weeks. However, what's even more exhilarating is observing the ripple effect this self-care has on all aspects of their lives. The key to unlocking this transformative power lies in our ability to maintain consistency in our pursuit of becoming the best version of ourselves. By staying committed to our training and personal rituals, we will witness the magic that unfolds. I deeply believe in the inherent need for movement in our lives and that it should be integral parts of our existence. ABOUT DEANA

Deana Shaaban is all about the connection between the mind, the breath and the body. Her approach to training and the fitness world is a holistic one - looking at the human as one whole being with all the parts being interconnected. The mind and the body are all connected and when one is not healthy the other rarely is as well. 

Deana is a performance training specialist, certified in a number of different training disciplines namely Performance Training, Fat Loss Specialization, Animal Flow, TRX STC, TRX GTC, Recovery through Trigger Point. Her training technique involves minimal equipment, mostly body weight and she focuses always on enhancing strength, flexibility and mobility.
