YOURSELF.

We train for our bodies to look great and be healthy. When we are healthy and strong, we feel better, we are able to move better and the overall quality of our everyday lives improves significantly. We also train because it shows us that we can place ourselves as the priority, that every day we can carve out a little bit of time to do something for ourselves, to empower ourselves to do all the things that we want to do for ourselves. Throughout this training program, we will be training 5 days a week. Mornings are my favorite time of day to train, it helps us set take control of our days, it allows us to make a conscious decision about how we would like our days to be and allows us to set positive intentions for what we want for our days. It is also the best time of day to train for the body, it is when we have the most energy, when we burn the most fat and when our minds are most alert, making us full of energy for the rest of our day.
