The Total Transformation Program is a program that not only focuses on a transformation in your physical body, but also on your mind and soul. During the training program you will start to feel a physical transformation throughout the month as we focus on movements that will help you build strength starting with your core and then extending throughout your body, you'll start to lose weight as you challenge yourself with the movements every day and you will end the program feeling stronger, walking taller and having incredible confidence in your own abilities. While we work through our movements together, we will be practicing the art of breathing to guide our every movement. We will explore the importance of the breathe in order to maintain a state of being grounded, balance and peace that extends well beyond our hour of training. Finally, we will be introducing daily rituals that you will be asked to practice every day. Our thought patterns are nothing more than habituals patterns that we have picked up over the years. The key to changing any mindset is to begin introducing different rituals every day that become our new habits and way of thinking, ultimately leading to a totally different way of life. By the end of this month you will observe a completely different way of living, a new way of thinking about yourself and the world around you!
