D’S BURN ‘N TONE METHOD
Burn N' Tone is a total body program that focuses on accessing the micro muscles in our bodies to help us burn as much fat as possible during that hour of training and while also making sure that our bodies are building muscles to tone every inch of our bodies. The training movements are mostly low impact movements, and we'll be shifting between doing full reps, pulsing and holding all while learning how to breath slowly in order to get the most out of our training sessions. We'll be getting a better understanding of how to best use our breath to our advantage while we train so that we can keep moving for longer. In this program, sessions will be 45 - 60 min sessions depending on the programming for the day. No matter where you are in your health and wellness journey, there will be movements for you to learn, and evolve through!
