D’S SUMMER BODY SCULPT METHOD

Our Summer Body Sculpt is a program that focuses on movements that will allow us to both tone and sculpt every inch of our bodies. We will be focusing on working out our micro muscles as well as our larger muscles in order to strengthen and define our entire bodies. Through the programming of how we train, we will also be improving our blood circulation, increasing our metabolism and ultimately resulting in an increase in our calorie burning which will enhance the shape and definition of your muscles. We will be moving between pulses, holds and full reps, mostly low impact but sometimes higher impact movements. These sessions suit all levels and age groups. No matter where you are in your health and wellness journey, there will be movements for you to learn, and evolve through!
